We publish how we work. Every engagement runs through four named phases — Discover, Design, Deliver, Operate — with explicit pass criteria at each gate. "Stop" is a real outcome at every gate, not a last-resort uncomfortable conversation. The published methodology is the contract for what you should expect from us at every step.
